We celebrated our grandchild River’s birthday today at our house. River wanted to make homemade, from scratch alfredo pasta with me, and so that’s what we did!
We created the dough, rolled through the pasta maker to make sheets, then put it through again to make fettuccini. I made a Caesar salad and Ron grilled some chicken. River made a mouth watering alfredo sauce.
The pasta was amazing, the best I’ve ever had, (what atalented chef for an 11 year old!) and the get together was, as usual with this crazy amazing family I have, just lovely…. fellowship and sharing, goofiness and love!!
