What do you wear to bed?

😁:giggle: ok I will share just a bit about aprons (my aprons) I love aprons. Have a variety, some
of those waist ones that tie in the back, others that tie around the neck, etc and a variety of
colors. Long ago, when at the time my significant other and I had moved into a new rental
home, it was blazing hot one week weather wise, our U-haul trucks were not unloaded yet
and would not be till the next morning. Clothes and all still packed away. We were hungry
and had not picked up snacks or even dinner, it was late. Anyway, I decided to cook up some
soup quickly, I was sweating and not wanting to be in the kitchen but I did end up there for
an hour or so, took off all my sweaty moving clothes, threw them on the floor in a pile for
washing, saw an apron hanging on a nail in the kitchen, so I put that on and wore that the
remainder of the the night, it felt great, cooler and etc. Since then I have an affection for
aprons, at home where I live now, I wear then in the summer at times when messing about
in the kitchen with meals and all, just naked but with my apron and briefs until which time
I need to get dressed. On occassion, if I have been up cooking and baking close to bedtime,
I might go lay on the bed and doze with my apron still on...

Mostly that is it, my little story lol
This is adorable. Good for you.♥️

When I had a cat, I wore jeans to bed. Seems she preferred my beltline to snooze on...... After she spent 2 minutes making "Biscuits" one time with shorts taught me that.

Now? Socks, no shoes, jeans, shirt and jacket. Hey it's winter. I also have three flannel sheets and sleeping bag.

Come summer. It's just the regular clothing.
I wear clothing to bed too. Not the same clothes I wear during the day. They look the same (I can answer the door in them), but are a bit older or a bit looser. To wit: T-shirt, pullover, leggings, socks.

A few years ago I was introduced to "bed socks " by my Wife. They are double thick merino wool knitted in Scotland, and imported to Canada by the Hudson's Bay Company. I now have 3 pairs, all given as birthday presents by various family members. I have poor blood circulation in my feet, so they tend to feel cold, even in July or August. A t shirt, flannel jammy pants, and my bed socks, and I am ready for a good night's sleep. JimB.

I wear sweats in the winter, warm socks and an old stocking cap. I like a cool room. I go more lightweight come summer.

You just want to see my dragon tattoo! 😁
...only for educational purposes.

I'm actually considering a small dragon tattoo, the Dragon being my Chinese zodiac sign(water dragon- born in June). I would have it cover an old home-made tattoo I did when I was 15, on my right forearm. Either a dragon, or maybe some meaningful Chinese characters, to acknowledge my practice of Taichi & Qigong, and Taoism.

Hmm, given the location of my tattoo, I doubt it is the sort of education you require. Lol.

Wife gets me a new PJ bottom every year for Xmas.
Star Wars, South Park, Football teams, etc.
When our dog was with us, she didn't like it when I wore one particular football one.
Would stay in the kitchen until I changed, then came up all lov'in on me.
Never figured out why, just put them in the closet as a lesson learned.

Based on the responses, you’d wonder why the stores even stock nightwear. Actually, they don’t carry many men’s housecoats.

I wear a nightgown rather than PJs. If we’re travelling, it’s a man’s t-shirt. It goes straight into the laundry when we get home. If I’m on a longer trip in several hotels, I leave it the last morning. Fear of bedbugs.
