You go girl.....work out clothes, black leggings and red top, black shoes, ready to sweat it out
at the gym..
I have Osteoarthritis, and full body aches and pains some of the time, but not all of the time, SO, when I have a good window so to say for getting in motion in a bit more assertive way, I head for the gym now twice a week at most. Walking the treadmill 30 min, elipticals 15 min, very light weight bearing, and always full body stretches both before and after exercising. So for me that is sweating it out lol, Thank You @ dobielvrYou go girl.....![]()

I enjoy wearing two piece embroidered Pakistani suits, baggy drawstring pants with matching long tunic. I buy them at second hand stores. Comfortable, colourful, always elegant. Of course, I wear other clothes as well.Just a question about clothing in our 60s, if I may?
I've seen YouTube videos where some women are telling us what we're now having to wear. Personally, I've never followed fashion per se... I just wore a wee bit of clothing which was "a la mode" such as native decorated wool catsuits, Brigitte Bardot two piece bikini swimsuits and two-pieces top and hot pants shorts, mini-skirts and Gogo boots lol!
In the late 90s, I got in the bandwagon on women's SKORTS and T-SHIRTS dresses. Those were fun and of course, the bell-bottoms jeans, the pipe (drainies) jeans and the acid washed jeans too (these latters, I'd swore never to pay £60 for those ever again, after hubby's jeans around the knees ripped only two months of daily wear. Youch!)
So, are you following the rules in our golden years or what have you that suits your mood these days?
