What's your favorite piece of exercise equipment?

I like to walk outside. I like to follow some YouTube exercise videos for seniors. If in a gym, I love to use a rowing machine. I also like to swim.
My main interest in exercising is to keep my body supple.

I don't use exercise equipment. When I feel well I do like to walk the neighborhood. When I am in the house, I count cleaning the house as exercise, that alone can wear you out. I also do exercising when I am sitting on the couch. Leg lifts, arm exercises, and crunches for core strength. I use elastic bands on both the arms and legs. I would like to have a place to swim and one has just opened nearby. I will check that out. Does the cardio and the muscles without any pain. I think swimming is the best thing as we age.

My favorite machine below ... I use this a couple times a week, as it does help with walking and stability.
Have had it for a few years now.

I had an older elliptical but it wore out on me. I'm thinking of getting another one but my sister is trying to talk me into getting a recumbent exercise bike. She says their better for you. I'm checking into it.

I've an exercise bike but my back and knees are out of shape after the enforced lockdowns. So I go slow and steady and it helps but no longer my favourite.

Once, I have a bit more cash, this is the one I'm hoping to help more with getting exercise regularly. Always loved cross-country skiing for good cardio!

Yup slow and steady wins the race. A bicycle is good for the knees. (y) :)

What exactly is that ?

A vibration machine that can be very powerful if turned up ... I use lower settings for 10 minutes twice a week.

It helps with flexibility, and overall circulation in the body ...
Suppose to help w/bone density and muscle strength.
It measures body mass index, and gives you a readout that is very handy to watch as you progress.

Interesting. I was thinking about getting one, but didn't. Thank you for the info.
