School shooting in Nashville!!

She might have been bullied when she attended the school or perhaps the school had anti-GLBTRQ (or whatever) politics. The manifesto probably explains her/his motive.

The act is certainly cowardly but even more cowardly are the lawmakers who look the other way and do nothing about this problem of mass shootings. Too spineless to try to stop them. Who or what are they afraid of?

Those who appose new regulations are afraid of losing campaign money from the NRA. Money is all that matters.

The 3 children who died were all nine year olds. The adults were all in their sixties. More children were wounded, and the death toll may yet increase.

The school is a Presbyterian infants/primary school.

Exactly, as I posted above... ... a private , Christian infants school , which is why I doubt a 28 year old was taking revenge for potential past bullying

There are conflicting reports but apparently she was a biological female living as a man.

Have to wonder if she/he started taking steroids because not only could they fuel rage they could make some depressed because they throw the body's own hormones out of wack which can lead to depression. If depressed was given anti depressants or something like SSRIs which many young killers are on.

I posted that above, it's what I was thinking too. Unfortunately unless she/he has left a reason written down somewhere , no-one is going to know exactly why they've decided not only to kill but to kill 9 year olds..
 
Until the U.S.A. wakes up to itself and introduces STRICT gun laws, this will go on and on and on! Australia did it, and sure you still get the odd shooting here(mainly Bikie Gangs) but not these constant mass school shootings like in America. Does the Gun Lobby hold that much power??

And just what laws would stop such shootings?

Remember, you can't block the 2nd amendment, unless 3/4 of USA states approve. So highly unlikely to be done.
 
From far away it may look easy to stop the mass shootings madness, it isn't and that's reality and not an excuse. I'm sure our president would welcome any well planned strategies by anyone on this Earth. Things are being done and steps are being taken. It's not going to happen overnight unfortunately and we all wish it would.

There are 50 percent of the country that wants more gun control and an equal 50 percent that doesn't and they are backed by foolish people who don't seem to care about the deadly problem we are left with because of their kind of thinking.

All I can say is God or anyone help us. We are not all foolish people.

Funny how you think those who support gun ownership as foolish. When the fool is you, thinking that everything would be so pretty and peaceful if guns were banned.

I didn't say either of those things and don't think gun owners are foolish. I never said or thought guns should be banned. I will say though that you are the one who turned rudely on me when I have been nice to you at all times. So shame on you!
