You know, I might try IF that way. I don't have luck fasting through to lunch but I know that when I have a huge lunch I don't need dinner.A real good suggestion. I did it with breakfest at 8 a.m. and lunch at 1 p.m. Nothing else and at least 5 days a week. It worked quite well, but takes time. And it doesn't work for everyone. It's worth a try.
The morning fast sounds good because you're adding to the sleeping hours but I get dizzy and weak if I skip breakfast.
