Make sure to have salt, pepper and some spice. I've heard (at times) they're quite bland so as to not upset stomachs.I've been thinking about getting one, called Meals on Wheels....
that way I'd just have to nuke them and eat!!!! no preparation....![]()

Thats the meal for seniors, run by local agency....Thanks for all the replies I was just curious, I see them advertised a lot on TV.
may I ask is that the name of a meal kit or is that those home delivered meals for seniors?
I got Meals on Wheels when I was first out of the hospital after surgery last year .I only kept it for a few days. Decided I would rather do it myself. But I do remember from when my dad had it.....if you are not at home and have not called ahead to cancel that day, they will not leave the meal and may cancel your serviceI've been thinking about getting one, called Meals on Wheels....

Never tried Meals on Wheels but ...... I have taken up more fast food , for the same reasons. We tried Meals On Wheels here in our community........they only did 4 dinners a week and I must say it was the worst prepared food I ever ate. We now eat a lot of fast food now because I find it very difficult to try to cook, standing on my feet more than a couple of minutes caused much pain!
I went to Walmart yesterday, bought some food, & delivered it home myself. That way, I know just what I'll be eating.
