well I'm setting here with my new chromebook laptop whatever
I bought, and cannot get past a first page that want a wireless
internet password....don't have it yet, so guess there is nothing
else I can do with it.......OH and i'm setting here WITHOUT my
taco bell delivery supper because they screwed up and sent
my order out without my address and the driver is lost in
timbuctoo somewhere gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.....:mad:o_O:devilish:

yes we have the pig races did you not see them listed lol... ..I might go.. depends how I feel in the morning...
 
in a hot climate were it will hit 30 C or above today the dog wants to walk at 5.30am when dawn is breaking and it's desert bloody freezing - but cos I love him I do in shorts but with a thick jumper [ no that's not a kanga on my back] ; it is strangely stimulating but glad to get back for a hot coffee!
 
Last weekend, the lovely lady across the road invited me over for some dinner, and, after the feast I offered to wash all the dishes.
Washing up liquid and water makes for slippery dishes, and, you've guessed it, I dropped one of her beautiful plates. She was horrified and clearly upset, and I felt like such a clot, anyway, I trawled the internet looking for a replacement, and to my surprise, I found exactly the plate that I broke, although I had to buy six and they arrived today.
I ventured over to my friend's domain this afternoon bearing the box with the plates in.
When she opened the box she was pleasantly shocked, then said, "I've got eleven of those plates now."
I replied, "Well, thats good, 'cause if I break another five, you'll still have a full set."
She gave me one of those friendly clouts to the back of my head. 😊
 
Today I shall be taking it easy. Just done 2 days travelling and photographing so need a rest day before tomorrow where I'm doing some tutoring/mentoring for a couple of visiting wildlife photographers. Gonna start of with smoked salmon and scrabled eggs on toast down on the prom :)
 
It's gonna be another nice day. First 🥐, then find me in the garden:)

Somebody effed up the work schedule. Monday is supposed to be a day off. It's DD's birthday, and we have plans. I'm scheduled to work:mad:. Then on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday next week scheduled to work until 12. No! Nonono! That's gonna change or I will stamp my little pink feet and shake my little pink fists and hold my breath until I turn blue.

Whatsisname, The Father of My Children, used to warn me "Don't make a scene." The bakery has no idea what kind of scene this old blue-haired lady will make...jussayin'...
 
Glorious day... been up since early.. I have no idea why that happens to me every time I have a busy day the day before. The opposite should happen, and I should sleep well, but in fact what happens is it takes 2 days for the adrenalin to calm down in my body...so if I should sleep tonight hopefully.

Still deciding whether to go to the County show or not...not really feeling like it.. but it's only on for 2 days and tomorrow will likely be the busiest.. and I haven't been for years..so really I should try and shake a leg..

As a young girl, I hula hooped all the way from Brighton Beach to Coney Island without dropping it once! A hula hoop princess I was.
 
Yesterday…..did the paper signing for my apartment……papers…..papers and more papers.
Inspected with the site manager.
I very much like my apartment…..have a corner suite, the stairway is right beside me…..out that door…..the dog run is right there, and grass for jobs.
4th floor will be ok….faces the north.
Elevator is fairly close to my place.

I can hardly believe it 😊WOW…..when mentioned there is a dog wash…..I thought it was outside somewhere…..it’s inside…..a room with the wash basin, drying and grooming table, etc…..just like at the pet groomers.

It was a hard drive in and out…..winds were 60/70 all day, from west and south.

Today…..
Doing the grocery thing…..maybe mow grass if it doesn’t rain…..or maybe not…..feeling quite tired…see what happens.
 
Morning breakfast clubbers......all sunshine and 55 deg out
there...slept real good last nite yay.....setting on this pc eating
a tangerine, only they have different name for them now.....and
wondering what to do about the Chrome pc I bought...I guess
it does not have a "home page" like windows, so cannot do
anything till I get wi fi installed in home...so right now it's just
useless to me.....shoulda, coulda bought a windows laptop....groan.......:rolleyes:oh well have a great day....flags have been put out at the cemetery across the street, may get a pic to share later on........luvya all.....;)
 
Yesterday I spent two and a half hours in my car on my way home from a Walmart shop trip which normally takes about fifteen minutes.
No accident, construction on major highway.....enough said about that.grrrrr

Needless to say, what with nerve damage and other stuff I was not in very good shape when I finally got home so today
is a pamper me recovery day.
Got a couple of old movies recorded and a full bag of chips
