I think they are fruit roll ups
Ours are thicker than what's in stores
Might be a little tougher too

The garden is looking quite scrufty after the harvest
Especially the tomatoes
Still can't get over these came from seeds
No more buying plants
Grapes are slow growing
Don't know how long before they climb that ugly pipe
Squash is still coming (frost tonight, however)

Never saw such a thing. Is it made of plum or will any fruit do?
Ours this time is plum
We've made pear leather (not fond of pears, but the leather is outstanding)
Apple
Others, can't recall
Not sure if anything citrus would hold together
maybe coupled with something with better consistency (?)

My stuff is crude, rough, cabiny

My lady asked for a door to the bathroom rack that holds our towels and such
I built that rack (cupboard?) when we moved in, due to no place to put towels and whatever
Took about a half hour (we were moving at the time)
Now it has a door
It in't pretty, but has a wormth to it (I really need to build another cabin)

Wounded him
Didn't down him
Didn't track him
Bear hunters have been called out
Meanwhile, my son, his little girls, and his new wife are on alert
Other than wildfire, there's not much more dangerous than a wounded bear, or big cat
My hope is he bled out somewhere

@Gary O' , when and if, this bear is no longer a threat, how will you and others find out?
If it bleeds out and dies, birds of prey will be circling
Also, bear hunters have really good bear dogs
They tend to find 'em, dead or alive
Well, I've gotta sched an appointment with an ophthalmologist
My eyes are getting noticeably worse rather fast
I can no longer read at a normal pace
no matter what the size
My right eye is much worse
not just macular degeneration, but straight lines are broken
and my left eye is no longer compensating
Very aggravating
