Just google, "nano plastics in bottled water" and you will find plenty of articles like, "Bottled water contains hundreds of thousands of tiny plastic nanoparticles, according to a new study [1,2,3.] The study found that two standard-sized water bottles had 240,000 plastic particles in them on average, with about 90% of the particles being nanoplastics and 10% being microplastics [2.] The plastic seems to come from the bottle itself and the reverse osmosis membrane filter used to keep out other contaminants [3.]"
And now comes a new study, "Nanoplastics linked to heart attack, stroke and early death, study finds."

For possibly 20 years, I have been drinking only tap water to safe money. Our Western Municipal Water District of Riverside County sends us annually their water analysis report Water Quality Reports | Western Municipal Water District, CA. Tap water indeed appears to be safer than bottled water.
Unknowingly, I have been doing the right thing all along.
