I am remembering my dear friend Shalimar today. 'Our' dear friend touched others
in so many ways. Her love and caring about others always stood out to me, and for
that she will always have a very special place in my heart. You dear Shali are so well
missed and treasured now and forever~

To the memory of our dearly departed friend, we still miss you with all our hearts~

She was a very, very special person with a great deal of compassion for other people. I held her in very high esteem and felt that she brought a tremendous amount of knowledge and wisdom to this forum. I was very unhappy to read some of the comments that were posted after she left.

I was also very unhappy to read them, heartbreaking words, that is for sure.
 
I assumed as much from a thread that was deleted. She always brought guidance and down to earth common sense and I miss her. I wish this sort of thing could be announced in a thread when we have reliable information. I am not into "private" messages and speculation. It doesn't seem a respectful way to handle it.

I hope she has found peace. She will be missed.
 
I'm shocked. I remember everything she was going through after she lost her son but didn't realize she had also passed away. What a tremendous loss for all who knew her, including those of us in this forum. She was a beautiful, insightful human being. RIP, Dear Shalimar!

There were posts by two different members with discussion about whether the information was valid. I do not remember seeing a definitive answer and the posts are no longer there. I felt I was left hanging and I was fond of her. Enough of this. My she rest in peace. She was a beautiful person.

The information was valid that Shalimar had passed. It was some parts of members discussions that became confusing to others.
Yes, a beautiful person with depths of kindness in giving to others.
 
I'm stunned to find out she's gone.

I didn't realize she had past away. It seems she'd be off the forum for months at a time then back posting. Always a centered opinion which was probably a reflection of her in general. We lost and will miss one of the good ones
