How many meds do you take?

They can tell a tree's age by how many growth rings there are. You can tell a senior's age by how many meds he takes. How many meds do you take?
I remember in my 20s, 30s never seeing a doctor, nor taking any meds. Now, I'm pushing 80, and I have one of those 7 day pill boxes filled with pills. Apparently, once you get past a certain age, on your birthday you get another med.

I take two prescribed meds (cholesterol and blood pressure)..

I take OTC Tylenol and Ibuprofen for discomfort or pain issues.

I take several supplements/vitamins.

If there is an injury or physical setback, I then would take
additional meds for the duration.

I am 70 years old..

I wonder how many underreport all of the pills, gummies, tabs, blotters, rocks, joints, etc. they self-medicate with? If you watch any of that Netflix crap it looks like all of Europe is either stoned or on a bad trip as a routine part of culture there today.

Two prescription meds daily, a thyroid med I've been taking for 50 years and a low level statin that I'm considering discontinuing.

Over the counter vitamins and supplements:
Glucosamine & chondroitin as a (so far successful) preventative against further osteoarthritis damage to my fingers
Magnesium to treat/ease preventricular contractions
Multi senior vitamin without iron - probably just makes expensive pee, but it's inexpensive insurance
B complex, mostly for the B12 which I need to supplement because I don't eat animal products
Vegan Omega 3
D3 because most seniors are deficient in this. The alternative is more time in the sun, bringing problems of its own.
