I just told my husband this info and he says there’s plastics all throughout the human body, including human fetuses. How very sad it is.

Is oil where they think plastics are coming from? Not long ago it was stated that bottled water has micro plastics in it. It truly IS scary when a human fetus, a tiny human who hasn’t yet seen the world, already has plastic in it.

This is probably a lot less interesting than the above news item, but I've seen several articles in the past few days about micro-plastics being lodged in ALL parts of our bodies. Most of them apparently come from plastic containers. Probably not much can be done about it, unless federal law mandates a return to glass (which may be safer).

Somehow, today's headline about Iran stepping up its uranium mining scares me a lot more.
