Yea I forgot, goats will gnaw the bark off the trees!Sheep work better than goats. Not as hard on your bushes and trees. But man…they can spot a tulip from 100yards

there's literally about 200 hundred of them. My Daughter owns land in the Spanish mountains, and she lets the goatherd take his herd over her land twice a day....@hollydolly , good grief, they're some pretty busy goats!
Like so many other problems good suggestions were given. Counter reasons for not solving whatever the problems appear.rent one.. and do it on cooler days...![]()
in 3 weeks he couldn't have emailed you ?He came yesterday and mowed. Of course I had to ask about his delay. He said there was a death in his family and he had to travel to help out.
Understandable, then.
No need now since the other guy returned.Would the teenager down the street, that you had originally, be willing to pick up where he left off before you dismissed him?
I some neighborhoods, a resident can be fined by not keeping up their property. Fortunately, I don't live in a HOA governed area. On my meal delivery route, I see many homes where the lawns look worse than mine.Part of "home ownership" in "single family home" neighborhoods is the responsibility to keep the lawn mowed.
Maybe the bank is the problem, or wherever he's cashing them. Banks usually hold payment on personal checks for a week or more, and check-cashing services take a percentage.I just heard from the latest guy that's doing my lawn mowing. He said he is not longer accepting checks and if I still wanted his services, to let him know. He took mine the last time and it cleared. I don't know what his problem is suddenly with checks. I said I'd pay cash. I haven't heard back.

I've been every route looking for lawn service.I don't know if it's been suggested, have you checked Yelp or Angi(Angi's List) for local reviews of lawn care guys?
Do it yourself. Pushing a lightweight mower is not difficult, and it would give you something to do.I've been every route looking for lawn service.
I was considering that earlier this year, but there are so many choices these days. Do I get gas or electric? If electric, corded or cordless? I also want a self-propelled mulching mower, but many mowers don't have these features.Do it yourself. Pushing a lightweight mower is not difficult, and it would give you something to do.
Get an electric "Non Corded" mower. Trying to drag a cord around would be a major PITA. It sounds like you are paying more, in one year, than a mower would cost. Here's an excellent electric mower that has all the features you would need. Plus, you would be wise to buy a 2nd battery so you don't have to run out of power halfway through your mowing.I was considering that earlier this year, but there are so many choices these days. It's a family that runs a produce farm. They rotate around to the local farmer's markets. Mowing is a side hustle for them. When I first moved in, I asked if they did mowing and the answer then was "No." They just started to do it this year. He brought over his business card one day.Is this a lawn business or just a local person trying to make a buck?
