I prepped a lot yesterday. I want to make Monday a regular prep day. I soaked nuts overnight to dry today. I soaked quinoa to cook today and freeze in batches.
I hate my food processor. It's a pain to dig out and to clean. It works well so I've learned to make two or three of the things I use it for on the same day while its out. No need to clean in between, just scrape.
I made hummus and then I made black bean brownies. Both are things we like but use the processor.
I told DH that's a lot of legumes along with the bean soup we had for lunch. I thought a Warning Label was needed for all that explosive material.
