Another food 'heard of'...but never had...

I buy only iodized salt - mostly for baking.
When salting at the table I generally use one of these. Am so used to them I can't tell them from regular salt.

I buy Lo Salt, for cooking, and Maldon Sea salt flakes for the table Which is made close to where I live..... ... I have so much salt in my cupboard I probably will never have to buy salt again... Natural Sea Salt Crystals - Produced in Britain | Maldon Salt

"Lite" salts substitute potassium chloride for part of the sodium chloride found in regular table salt. Excess potassium consumption can be dangerous for those who suffer a number of common conditions that affect the elderly, including heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

Himalayan crystal salt..
Often Having a pinkish tint and having a unique
combination of minerals that help stimulate and detox the body.

I use pink Himalayan salt. I like it. Although, I use it sparingly because it seems like a little bit will do you.
Mine is not as fine as regular salt, so that little sprinkle is enough.

I buy it in bulk, so I just use my fingers to apply it to my food.
 
I don't buy colored salt. Actually I don't buy any salt or add it to food.

But I don't wear Crocs, sport a tattoo, or drive an EV either.

Good to know.

I use all salt sparingly, Lite included. Although I suffer from none of those conditions, I will bear your caution in mind.
