Exactly right. One of his DDs has two dogs. She's "too tired" to walk them after work and "too busy" on her days off so calls him to pick up the dogs and take them to the park. Good thing he loves the dogs.sadly they are, as so many others seem to be now..extremely self entitled.....dobtless when he's gone, they'll be boasting about how much they did for him...or the other thing that seems to have caught hold.. if you ask to see your children or grandchildren..your labelled ''needy''...

She's the DD who had a serious eye/brain ailment a year ago and had to travel 250 miles to the nearest specialist to operate/follow up/treat/perform two more surgeries. Guess who drove her there, stayed overnight, drove her home multiple times over the space of about six months while she was being treated and recovering.
Guess who drove her DD to school and picked her up for four years until she graduated last spring.
Grrr.
Anyway, my motivation has been misplaced again, and it's needed in order to get morning stuff done and...wait for it...dust(!) so that the Christmas decorations can make their yearly debut. Maybe I'll find it hiding under the covers when I make the bed. I'll check around to see if Maggiecat hid it under the sofa. It's gotta be around here somewhere.
