I'm going to the senior center and doing 1/2 an hour on the stationary bike, then 3 sets of 10 on my quads, hamstrings and calves.
I am getting knee replacement surgery in April, and did 12 physical therapy sessions for range of motion and strengthening in November.
It was really painful, but I did feel stronger, and I didn't want to lose what I had gained, so I decided to keep the training going on my own.
I'm so tired of walking with a limp.
