My favorite cartoons were Pepi La-Pew and that poor cat he always was trying to romance, all the while Pepi, a skunk, spoke with a French accent!
Tweety and Sylvester: "I taught I taw a putty tat! I DID see a putty tat". And Granny: "Bad, bad putty tat" while whacking him with her umbrella.

Chip and Dale, the Chipmunks: Taught manners! "You first, nooo, YOU first!"

My DH loved and remembers: Johnny Quest, Rin-Tin-Tin and the Lone Ranger, Lassie!

As RadishRose said, "The Best was Rocky and Bullwinkle Show!"
"Eees Moose and Squirrel, Natasha", Fractured Fairy Tales, Mr. Peabody. Loved them all.
Then there was the TV show with "Yo, Rinny".
"Fury"- the TV show "Sky King", " Roy Rogers".
Now a real old TV western show, Andy Devine

I can't think of his name, but he was an elderly, stout cowboy type with a beard, who had a strange voice. He sat in a chair and introduced western stories. He was always the sidekick in western movies. ????????

Never cared for cartoons but I lived for 6:15 when Captain Mack's Adventure Trails would come on TV. They would show various episodes. My favorites were the old Flash Gordon ones. Check out the special effects. They really put the modern CGI effects to shame don't they?

Cartoons = Roadrunner, Rocky & Bullwinkle.

TV shows, not all kid shows but I liked them = Roy Rogers & Dale Evans series. Sky King, Fury. Howdy Doody. Sea Hunt. My Little Margie. Our Miss Brooks. George Burns & Gracie Allen Comedy hour.

I know there’s more, but I’m happy I remember this much

I loved the Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies cartoons. Still do! I also loved The Jetsons, and Land of the Lost, although the latter is not a cartoon. Those Sleestaks still give me the creeps.
