Are you streaming ( or binge watching ) any series on Netflix, or any other service? Tell us about it.

I paused watching, Bodies, on Netflix to what Matlock with Kathy Bates (on Paramount+), which I enjoyed, but not as much as I'd anticipated.

Now watching Squid Game 2!, on Netflix. Freaking yay!
If you liked that Squid Game show, you might like to check out Three Body Problem. My husband and I really liked that one. Apparently there is going to be a Season 2 and maybe even a third for that one. Great sci-fi!

Clean Sweep
A detective from the west of Ireland is looking for a murderer, not suspecting that someone close to him may be the culprit.(Accent hard to understand sometimes)

You know, you are the second person to recommend that one to me. I'll give it a try. Thank you. :)

I loved Squid Game 1 and have just finished watching Squid Game 2. Parts of it were good but, overall, I think it was disappointing.

I watched all of 3Body Problem but didn't really understand it, and in hindsight I still don't. But I liked it or I wouldn't have kept watching.
I found it really interesting and easy to understand but maybe that's because my husband is into video games and we watch shows about 'what is reality' and 'where does consciousness come from', etc. I loved it too.

Thanks for the heads-up. Didn't realize there are a 2nd and 3rd season. Will look for them.

Another one to add...

We just wrapped up The Chestnut Man on Netflix. It is a Danish film with subtitles about a serial killer who leaves chestnut men at his killing sites. It features some great detectives and politicians and of course it is centered around the killer's childhood trauma. If you like Criminal Minds, this will be right up your alley.

I watched an episodic documentary ; Australian, called “ You Can’t Ask That”
Asking outrageous, uncomfortable and shocking questions to uncover the truth behind some of the most marginalized and misunderstood Australians.
It was very good; very informative

I have watched the first four episodes and I do agree about it being a treat for Dexter fans. I wouldn't suggest the show to anyone who hasn't watched the original series though.
Nor would I. IMO one of the biggest draws is seeing the younger actors play the characters from the original show. I can see Deb with her attitude and foul mouth every time the younger actress is on screen. The younger Dexter is phenomenal and Masuka and Batista are hilariously spot on!

We're halfway into Episode 3 and really enjoying it.

I do hope that eventually the series does let go of the original and form it's own path, but as you said, it's fun so far.
