Since then newspapers and television news reporting created the impression that to be a responsible adult I must check the news frequently or it would suggest immature ignorance on my part. I understand that “big news will find me” which is fair, I just don’t like putting all of my faith in others to provide their version of another persons version of events.
In other words, since November 1963 the news has passed me by.

I also watch ABC evening news to see what kind of nonsense today brought. If I'm staying indoors, and on the computer, I flip through various news channels, online. One thing remains consistent...more time is spent on commercials than the news.
Same hereI usually watch GBNews. They have in depth discussions on subjects which the other news channels tend to avoid. It also allows people to e-mail the studio with their views, something else which doesn't happen elsewhere.
