Keep it up! You are making me feel fabulous!Another double. 2 miles on the trail in the am, then back for another 1.25 miles in the afternoon.
That gives me 90 miles for year. 55 in January and 35 so far in February. I've promised myself that if I can get in at least 50 miles a month I won't have to go back to using that Medeval Torture Machine, the Spin Bike.
Did bench presses in between. Still having twinges from my rotator cuff tear so I'm just doing sets of 10 with the bar. When I go that ligt my shoulder actually starts to feel better after a few sets so hopefully that is helping rather than hurting the injury.
Yes, it's nice of Trade to work-out for us, so we don't have to. I may have to ask him to do more thigh exercises though.Keep it up! You are making me feel fabulous!
