Are You An Emoji User?

Emojis serve as a bridge between the written word and the intended message. Often, messages on these forums can be misunderstood due to the absence of body language and voice inflection, which can lead to false impressions. A simple smiley face or an angry emoji (if appropriate) can help clarify the true intent behind the words.

Yes! I like to use emoji's. The hieroglyphs of modern day.🤣
Once in a blue moon I get this messenger pigeon with a tiny plastic message '' tube '' attached to one of his / her legs and the messages are written in hieroglyphs .

The bird is very tame lands in my yard in afternoons and we hit it off , I give him / her water and feed them whole wheat bread and yes I read the message .

Either way the last message had a knife and gun drawing which scared me .

Yikes!!! WTH!😨😱 I hope the pigeon is just stopping by your place for a bit of rest, refreshments, and good conversation before it moves on to his destination/target delivering the message.
There are hawks in the area so imagine these messages go out with several pigeons in case one does not make it but this bird is relaxed tame and not a care in the world .

I thought about keeping him / her but even a good size aviary is not the freedom of flying but I am concerned about him / her

Yes, but I wish we had more of a variety of emojis. There are too many of animals and other "kid" stuff, and not enough of the various emotions that adults have. (Examples: worried, sardonic, scared, proud, etc.).

Why not change the message and send him/her on his/her way? Furthermore, it might be wise to ask him/her what his/her preferred pronouns are so that we can stop this highly disrespectful dialogue we are having behind his/her back.

'' Why not change the message and send him/her on his/her way?''

Lol I thought about it as far as sending some new jokes about Miami and rated X stuff but then realized I have just killed him / her because these messenger birds are serious business here and a bird who does their own thing is not to the liking of these dealers .

They would know the bird is hanging out someplace else before reaching their destination .

Think in last 5 years 3 people killed over these birds , they are serious business .

This pigeon lives in its own world , you could say a screw up with unreal luck , reminds me of myself so we bonded .

''A Florida man is being sought by authorities after the owners of a religious store said he broke in with a bucket on his head and made off with their pricey pigeons.

Mae and Nelson Hernandez, owners of El Viejo Lazaro Botanica in Miami, said the burglary happened right after closing on Friday evening when the man, with a bucket on his head and trash bag around his shoulders, jumped the fence and broke into their store, WSVN reports. Surveillance video showed the thief making off with a cage filled with pigeons that they said are worth "thousands of dollars."

I have very few things left on my bucket list and pigeons are not on it.
