Have you considered having a chat with local bars to get free bottles?@Twostep, to answer your question about reusing bottles for my home brew, yes as long as they
are not 'twist-off' type.
After transferring my fermented brew to a bottling bucket, add priming sugar, transfer to bottles
and then a capping tool, cap bottles and store in cool, dark place.
I prefer brown bottles to prevent (UV) light from affecting the flavor.
Just easier to buy new ones to replace those not returned than to buy store bought beer, drink contents,
and clean bottles.
Thanks for asking.

Monster jump from thermostat to new roof .The last time I posted on this thread, I purchased a new Did you see with Mel Gibson ' SIGNS ' ? . Since then, I needed to replace my clothes dryer and now the house needs a new roof.
I looked up your previous post - it was only two months ago, and the thermostat was about to cost you $1300 - $1500, including installation and tax. Ouch! The last time I posted on this thread, I purchased a new thermostat. Since then, I needed to replace my clothes dryer and now the house needs a new roof.

I thought this is a great idea because I haven’t found them in the stores for years. C$50 - $85 on Amazon in Canada. Yikes. My soup will get by without them.I bought a package of dehydrated green and red peppers, celery flakes and tarragon leaves from Amazon.
The peppers were only $13.64 with free shipping.I thought this is a great idea because I haven’t found them in the stores for years. C$50 - $85 on Amazon in Canada. Yikes. My soup will get by without them.
