I am 90 years old and male. Only 1 man in 5 live that long. Only 1 man in 200 lives to 95 and only 1 man in 8,000 lives to 100. However, I never contracted heart disease or cancer. Those two illnesses kill most folks before they get past age 80.
I never smoked nicotine or drank alcohol. Most folks like to enjoy those 2 poisons.
I am curious if anyone else here made it to age 90 or higher. If so, what do they credit their longevity to?
