Do You eat Breakfast or Not?

When we were children, our mother made us eat breakfast before we went to school. So as I grew up, I always had breakfast before I left for work. Over the years, I've worked with so many people who skip breakfast and stuff food into their mouths before they start working. The usual excuse is that I don't have time. I always get up 2 hours before I have to be at work, so I have time to shower, dress, and eat breakfast. Some people I have worked with, seem to want to stay in bed as along as possible.

Do you still eat breakfast in the mornings or not?
 

No I don't eat breakfast. I always got up 2 hours before work, but I never ate anything, if I did I'd get cramps .. so I never ate anything.. .. and over the years I got used to not eating when I got up inn the mornings.

I can happily eat breakfast as brunch after being up several hours..sometimes I eat breakfast food at dinner time.

I eat breakfast for dinner a lot.
 
I eat when hungry. Usually after 11 am. Then again about 6 pm. Occasionally I need a protein drink mid afternoon. Just recently started pouring it over some Cheerios and walnuts.
 
I call it breakfast, but it is usually 3 or 4 hours after I get up in the morning.

Dinner around 8:30 or 9:00 the night before, then 13 hours until "breakfast".
That's my intermittent fasting shedule, so three meals in the remaining 11 hours.

Do most of my running and working out before my first meal.
 
I've never been a breakfast person. I might have it a few times a year but most of the time it either nauseates me or I'm just not hungry. I usually just have coffee.
 
Large cup of black coffee to start the day - anywhere between 6:30 and 8. Breakfast around 9:30. It‘s not very large. Lunch at noon, dinner at 5:45. No snacking.
 
Coffee to start the day. A light breakfast - usually cereal and toast about 9am. A light lunch around 1 pm and dinner around 7 pm.
If we're on holiday and breakfast is provided, we probably eat a bit more as we can never be sure when or where lunch will be.
 
I take a handful of pills / vitamins in the morning and if I don't eat something I will get queazy.

So ms gamboolgal cuts up a bunch of vegetables for me ahead of time and keeps it in the Refrigerator.

In the spirit off Euell Gibbons - I eat a plate of Rabbit Food and a glass of Vegetable (V8) juice, a bottle of water, and a piece of toast. Celery, Radishes, Bell Peppers and Carrots....crunch, crunch, crunch

I need to eat something first thing. Im awake but Im not ready to do stuff.
For my first breakfast I have some Belvita Biscuits or a protein bar.
Hot tea in the winter. Pepsi in the summer.

Two or three hours later I have my second breakfast. Depends on my mood.
Sometimes just cereal. Other times I do the works.

I need to eat every two hours or I get snippy. :D
 
They say "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and supper like a pauper". I'm working on it but not there yet. Typical breakfasts are steel cut oats, fruit & yogurt, avacado toast, or occasionally a egg/spinach/feta cheese scramble.
