I am a worry bug.
There's a hyperlink you need to press, I think it's somewhere in the top left of your message. Why am I not able to use any of the tools: B, I, emoji, image...etc
My female cousin was a prison guard here in PA working third shift and took 5-hour energy 3 times per day. After taking it for a few years, she had a stroke and had to leave her job. She sued Living Essentials, which manufactures or owns the company and was successful. I won’t list how much she was awarded, but she won’t need to worry about living expenses.I can totally relate, @hawkdon, and I know what thoughts you're talking about. Speaking for myself, I despise being useless. To me, being useless and being needed are two very different things, and I am still needed. That's why I'm still here.
What gets me through the day and keeps me in good spirits about it is one or the other of these:

The main ingredient in both is B vitamins. I drink one every morning, and sometimes another at around 1 or 2pm.
It probably sounds hokey, but they really work for me. They boost my energy level and my mood. They just make me feel good and give me a positive attitude. And they're harmless.
Try one. Just try 1, see how you feel.
Oh!...but according to my doctor, people with high blood pressure should only drink the caffeine-free ones!
I have negative thoughts all the time. Fortunately, I am still in good health.
But I don't know what I would do if I am seriously ill. I don't have friends or families. I don't even have an emergency contact. I think I will just live independently as long as I can. Then, ....
As @gruntlabor said there are hyperlinks on top line of comment box. The ones you are talking about are the third set. First set has B for making text bold, I for putting in italics, and TT for size of font. Second set for formatting, long lists if you click on them you'll see. Third set probably most used: what looks like a landscape picture for adding photos, Happy face you click on for emoji selection, tho some devices have their own emojis you can get by clicking the happy face on the onscreen keyboard, an third one is for adding links-click on it to enter url of link. Why am I not able to use any of the tools: B, I, emoji, image...etc
I had a co-worker that would guzzle those, I viewed that as inviting a stroke or heart attack. Sure enough, he did end up with some kind of heart problem. However, his overall lifestyle 'invited' health problems, being overweight, smoking and enjoying copious amounts of Southern cuisine. My female cousin was a prison guard here in PA working third shift and took 5-hour energy 3 times per day. Yes, and you can get additional emojis (for your text) by pressing Windows (plus) period simultaneously. As @gruntlabor said there are hyperlinks on top line of comment box. Dang! If she needed three 5hr shots every day she might have had a medical issue that needed looking at.My female cousin was a prison guard here in PA working third shift and took 5-hour energy 3 times per day. This would just be perfect. If I am seriously ill or can not take care of myself, I would definite prefer to just exit out of my life. I would skip the nursing home or long term care, because I don't see any value of living on the mercy of the care by some people who really don't care. I have named my attorney to serve as my trust executor. But the financial power of attorney, and the healthcare proxy are still left open.If I were you, I'd say, "I have adopted children," and name off a couple people you trust, just on the off? chance that these 'authorities' want to put you to sleep
EDIT
.. and every time I had a negative thought, I would PINCH myself!
Morning friends, you all are the best!!! Believe it when I say
I am in much better frame of mind this morning, not that a
whole hell of a lot has changed, but my perception has
certainly channged after you folks spoke to me, from your
heart I feel!!! My hands are damned painful today, I was on
here too long haha....so will not be here much, I'm going to
follow up checking on that phsio thing, and also the energy
drinks, and conytinue to try for a raamp so I can get out of
this house. So thanks from my heart to yours.....![]()
Thanks to all for responses to my "poor me post"!!!! haha
I am already feeling better, a lot of the issue is just unable to
do things that normallly would not be a big deal, you know,
get the kitchen cleaned, make the bed, walk around...lately
I have felt at times that my legs are ready to just give up and
collapse!!!! I know that this weakness is due to what I eat,
and lack of excercise of any kind,/.// I do use a nebulyzer for
COPD treatment, but thats all....I can walk about 50 feet if
I push it, but carefully, however once on my feet i can only
last about 10 minutes before my hips lock up and I have to
sit or risk a fall.....I may just blow some savings and buy a ramp to use my Bluestreak on, then I could get outside a bit
as long as temp is reasonable....anyhoo, thats enuff of my
crying....thanks to all of you, bleieve it or not just typing
about this has helped...thanks gang!!! !![]()

The only thing I know or remember her telling me was that this question was raised during the deposition with the company’s attorney and her doctor could not list any prior health concerns that would have caused a stroke.. Anything beyond that, I don’t know, except, her case never went to trial.Dang! If she needed three 5hr shots every day she might have had a medical issue that needed looking at.
I would imagine with his diet, being obese and smoking, he didn’t seek damages from the company.I had a co-worker that would guzzle those, I viewed that as inviting a stroke or heart attack. Sure enough, he did end up with some kind of heart problem. However, his overall lifestyle 'invited' health problems, being overweight, smoking and enjoying copious amounts of Southern cuisine.
Please check with your doctor before you start those energy drinks. They're not good for you.Morning friends, you all are the best!!! Believe it when I say
