What exercise have you done today?

Bench Presses followed by 2 mile walk.

When I was in High School I used to do 10 differernt exercises with weights.

Overhead Presses
Behind the neck presses
Curls
Upright Rowing
Bench Squats
Dead Lifts
Sit Ups
Dumbbell culfs.
Calf Raises.
Bench Pull overs

Then I took 40 years off.

Nowadays Bench Presses is about all my old joints will handle.
 
I've decided that I'm not going to increase my weights any further or change my toning workout in any significant way. I've built up good muscle tone over the last seven months and really at this point I'd just like to maintain things, as regards muscle tone anyway, where they are.

My toning workout is still "work" for me so I know my body is continuing to benefit from it.

Still wanting to add a bit of evening yoga, though. I'm going to manage that eventually.
