My road to health starts now

Good idea! I lost 3 kilo in 2 months when I joined my son who went to the gym.
11 pm/ 12 we'd go. Only young guys there, lifting 50 kilo. I lifted 5 and I was rowing and a guy said: Are you cosily rowing mrs?
You could see the amount of calories you burned. It's not that I burned so much like one guy I saw there who jogged a whole hour on a treadmill and burned 500. For me it was 100 here, 100 there. But when I wanted to eat something unhealthy I was like: Bye!!! It takes me 30 mins or an hour on a crosstrainer to get that off again. You know what. I just don't eat it.

Definately good luck on your journey. As long as you are consistent and steady you should be good. For me it was always the days like I felt I messed up that got me, which lead me to quiting. But now that I am older (62) I take it a lot slower (not looking for quick results) and so far it is working. Down 45 lbs, and another 45 lbs to go.

And diet helps a lot as well. I was diagnosed as a diabetic in 2016. After that is when I lost 50 lbs (mostly through diet), but put 20 lbs back on after a couple years. Now back down 15 of that 20. It takes time. And with the weightloss, the medical numbers look a lot better.

Again, good luck, and take it slow and steady.

Thank you for your kind words

Much luck, determination and mostly success in your goal!
thanks, but it shouldn't be hard, if I used the supplements and chemicals that others use, not steroids, they would be possibly, 22-23 inches but I don't because I like the approachable and friendly look which I think I have.
