Well, its officially winter here....down to 25 last night....I worry about the cat and her 3 kittens in the barn, made a warm bed with a heating pad, I'd move them inside but the kittens run and hide.

Still snowing! Put down about another 2 inches overnight. I did shovel this morning where the street plow had made a chunky ridge at the end of the driveway. The temp is 33F, just above freezing, so it's a wet snow and sticks to the shovel. I must need another squirt of silicone lubricant.

Sunny and 28F, after a snowy day. The sun came out briefly yesterday afternoon, but only for a few minutes. By sunset it was snowing again! Not much accumulation, though. The extended forecast indicates a COLD weekend coming up. Saturday and Sunday the temps will not get out of the single digits and may dip below zero at night.

It's been freaky warm in the afternoons the past several days after being colder than usual before. It is forty something F now but I expect it to get into the mid/high sixties later. Dry still.
