French in France reacting ?

I just read on another forum that some French are supposedly burning and throwing fire bombs and pig heads into Muslim owned businesses and mosques in France. The first hit was a Muslim refuge camp near Pas de Calais.

The OP said it was on a Russian television broadcast and feels there are no western reports of it because of fear it will spread to other countries.

Again the key word above is "supposedly" and I can not confirm the validity of the OP's post.

Can anyone confirm this ?
 

This is to be expected, and there will be more to come as this war heats up even further...
 

Yes it was, after reading the first two or three sentences I knew it was nothing to do with last Friday's attack, and that is when I checked the date.
 
Thanks Bee. I did not notice the date.
However, this might shed light on IKE's original question about why the western media has not reported attacks.
Perhaps it is because it is old, not breaking news.
 
To suggest all Muslims are to blame for these extremists is like saying all dogs are rabid. Blanket hatred and revenge is not the answer. We need to target carefully or we become the terrorists.

....I agree, Jim, just read where several red state governors are refusing to take any of the Syrian refugees .
 
In the aftermath of the Paris horror, it is easy to forget the Beirut bombings and other attacks which targeted Muslims--funny how the media glosses over them. ISIL's primary target is Muslims. Islamophobia plays into their hands. A mosque in Ontario

was targeted and incurred 80 k damage. So far, crowd funding has raised 40k. This happened after Charlie Hebdo also. Sad, but Canadians rally around.

Obama has pledged to take in another 10,000 Syrian refugees in the next twelve months and relocate them throughout the U.S.

The eleven state governors so far that have stated that they do not want the Syrians are doing so because one or more of the Paris terrorists reportedly had Syrian passports and their concern is that some may slip through immigration screening and land in their state.......I can understand their concerns.

I don't believe legally the governors can stop their relocation to their states because it is a Federal program.


The eleven states are;

Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Texas and Pennsylvania
 
Australia has pledged to take 12,000 extra refugees from Syria.
The first family of five, parents and three children, have just arrived. A
handful of other families will be coming next week.

The authorities are certainly taking their time processing them. At this rate, I don't think we will see an influx of terrorists.
 
The first in a series of charter flights of Syrian refugee families are arriving in Glasgow today. I'm fine with that.
