So I was looking at an Aldi ad showing an unbelted dress that apparently has become a favorite of many shoppers. Some posted pix of themselves in the dress and told how they "styled" it. Styled? Now we style our clothes? Accessorize? Nope. Every single picture showed a lady wearing the dress with an added belt. Styled.

We used to have meat & cheese trays. They aren't meat & cheese trays anymore. They are charcuterie boards. Okay. I wonder if that makes them taste different.

Well, I was able to grab a few hours sleep, but, oh boy, am I ever sore this morning.

The x-ray results show no fractures. A lot of internal bruising, however. Thankfully, that should heal rather quickly.

I think we all do that sometimes, my particular talent is knocking things over, if I ever come to visit, move anything breakable

I'm having a grrrrrrrrr day. I was thinking I may try to go to an extended stay motel to get away from this place. I don't know how safe they are though.

Today has been a good day. The weather has been nice, we had all the windows open. The plan was to go out but, I got a text asking if a couple of things I ordered could be delivered today instead of tomorrow. While I was waiting, I tidied up the balcony, sorted out another cupboard and arranged for the things we don't want, to be collected on Monday. Later, we went for a walk.

It was 53 when I got up this morning; now it's 43. I liked fake spring better.

It's laundry day. I need to vacuum up kitty litter and do some other boring chores. Not going anywhere today so I'm wearing my velour ladies' loungewear. Comfy. Warm.

ETA: @Ruthanne So far today it's not grrrrier than yesterday. How about your day? Grrrr? Not grrrr?

It's cold, windy and miserable outside so, I have absolutely no plans to venture away from the central heating and my mug of hot chocolate. The only activity I have planned for the rest of the day is to turn the heated throw on and find something to watch on Netflix.

Had a doctor appointment. The doctor is pretty strange. Today he wanted to do an EKG. It turned out good.
