It is keto meal replacement shake that contains all the vitamins and minerals for one third of your daily nutrients. I have been using it for about four years I think. You can drink it as a shake or freeze the shake and make it into ice cream (which is what I do). You can also make it into recipes which a lot of people do. So I can eat a pint of ice cream for a meal and I like to do that when it gets hot, which it is now.
 
I am feeling really good these last few days. Maybe because I finally took the steps to go to therapy and learn how to manage this part of my life. My knees still hurt. Walking is still difficult. I figure I can deal with that. Just want to keep the swelling down and will do whatever I have to do.

Today and the next three days I am working on my apartment, Spring cleaning. Taking down all the winter weatherizing I did. Make it look bright and cheery for spring and summer.

so you just make a bunch of the shakes and freeze them?
 
Today I am going to take the day off. Just going through my paper pile which is a sit down job. Then maybe I cut up all the boxes I stacked in my shower yesterday from all my recent deliveries. There is one that is huge! The new fan came in it but the shipping box is way larger than the fan box. Whether I take them out to the dumpster or not is anyone's guess. ;)

The new fan came just in time and it works really well. I don't like to put the AC on unless it is at least 66 degrees. So this morning it was 57 degrees and I turned that fan on and what a difference it made.

So for now.........just coffee!

Mine is not a tower but a pedestal one. Working good for me and I am happy with it. I love that it has a remote control. I have so many remotes now that I am making a list of what kind of battery they use and how many so I can stock up.

I have 2 of these...one upstairs one down... without AC in this house... in summer I would die....

I have the exact same battery case.. I bought it after the X left in 2021.. because he always dealt with batteries and bulb replacements.. so I had to learn what went where in the amazing amount of electric stuff here .. and I thought this case was a great way of keeping everything together, and it;s been one of the best things I've bought
 
As hot as it has been the last few days..........tomorrow is supposed to be in the 30's. I will keep a blanket handy just in case I get cold at night since I removed all weatherization I had put up on the windows. Not putting it back up. NYS weather is always crazy.

This morning I made four batches of Keto Chow for ice cream during the week. I find it handy to have when I come home from the therapy appointments. Otherwise just keeping my feet up and not doing too much.
