What's for dinner ( or lunch )

My neighbour brought around a whole BBq'd mackerel at lunchtime... I can't stand mackerel or any of those oily fishes. I didn't turn it away.. because if I did they might not bring me nice food in the future lol.... so instead I cooked some lamb kebabs....

Last night I had a medium rare rump steak with a medley of field mushrooms and a jacket potato...

Tonight I had fish pie which included, salmon and white fish in a cream and parsley sauce with a topping of potato and grated cheese

I had a pub lumch today...sausages eggs & chips.... ..but I only ate the egg & chips

Tonight for dinner I had Tomato Mozzarella & Basil ravioli in Chicken noodle soup

Tonight half a fresh lobster each, and a chopped mixed salad with simple olive oil vinaigrette dressing. More than enough in this heat.
I know what you mean...I'm sitting here now at 7.15pm wondering what I can have for dinner that requires no cooking...I;m thinking open face salad sandwiches, with cold smoked trout

I've seen pictures of UK Mars bars, and think you've mentioned them.. yes, similar.. but no caramel, and no nuts like American Mars bars had when they were available.

I did have an early lunch- 2 breakfast sandwiches- but am hungry again so I took the candy bars out of the refrigerator. 😁
sounds like it's more like our Milky Way which are just soft nougat no caramel or nuts...
