"If you don't read the NEWS you are UINFORMED & IF you do read the NEWS you are MISINFORMED" This was certainly true with the recent election and continues to be so.

I think the truly "Misinformed" are those who limit their news exposure to one source....such as those who trust Fox News completely, or those who worship Rachel Maddow on MSNBC. Each of the major new outlets...TV, Newspaper, etc., has its own agenda...largely determined by the attitudes of its owners...and these venues All show some level of bias.
On matters of politics, especially, a person has to seek out the opposing viewpoints, then recognize that the Real truth probably lies somewhere in the middle.

Yes! I've seen that happen too.... One thing I am finding troubling these days is that many can't tell the difference between a journalist and an editorialist. Granted it can be a fine line these days but many people cling to an article written by an editorialist and treat it as fact instead of an opinion .
