poetry360, I love your poem, Smorzando. One of the things I find that makes it even more splendid is that it contains a word (which you also use as the title) that I never saw before. I was compelled to find out it's meaning. The word smorzando... what could it be? I found out it means 'Growing gradually fainter and softer; dying away'. And so, you found the perfect word for your poem.
I don't see what that poem has to do with the topic of what one hopes for after death?
By "down here" you are of course referring to Australia ... I understand you folks have a slightly different arrangement with the Almighty.![]()
