So you are counting on soymilk for your B12 requirement? Yikes. Soy for starters inhibits the thyroid, I don't touch it. I jumped on it when it hit the U.S. and talk about FATIGUE, then I went thru tests with my chiro and that was the culprit. SOY,,,read about it.

How do you determine other stuff? Do a Dr. Google on "why do I get leg cramps? Magnesium and potassium will always show up. Unless you are getting EVERYTHING you need in our depleted foods, then you are just fine. Maybe you can enjoy those leg cramps. I sure don't if I get one now and then....and I take mag and often potassium supplements...and at 80 things DEPLETE ...
I don't trust those numbers tests, we are not numbers. We are symptoms. The pharma world devised all these numbers and here we are Numbers.
My B12 is good but I still take 1000mcg of Methyl B12 under my tongue, a lozenge, if one is really low, take 2000mcg at least under tongue.
Allopathic docs know Zilch about prevention. They sell drugs when one gets to that point.
I've been studying this world of prevention for over 25 yrs.

It's almost laughable that the medical world sets up these number guidelines and has this for all people and a person can be old or young, fat or skinny and all these numbers are what we should be. Balony I say. It's all about symptoms and then WE go to work with Dr. Google and work to fix ourselves. As best we can with a lot of issues.
