Well it's only 7:00 pm here. But hubby and I stay up until 2:00 am watching TV or reading and then sleep in until 11:00 am.

Well, we had the tree all decorated at home and then we went to our grandparents, and they had their tree up too! All vintage ornaments. Hubby and I put up a tree every year. If I were alone though, no tree.

I actually have never gotten really close to anyone in any forum. Kudos to those of you who have. So no, I would not let anyone know here through someone close to me that I got sick or passed away.

I love our library. And I can't afford to buy books as I read so many now that I am retired. I do use the Libby app as well. But I love just browsing in the library. And it is never noisy in our library.

Absolutely not. If it weren't for hubby, half the stuff in our condo would be tossed out by me.

When we were both working fulltime, yup, wanted that dishwasher. Now that we are both retired, we have the time to wash everything by hand, no dishwasher.

Lowlife like others have said. We still get phone calls trying to scam us, hubby and I. We just tell them to f...off. We don't have any info on social media. Also we don't do online banking. But I hover over details in an email address and if I don't recognize the sender, I delete it.

My mom who has passed away bought me a gorgeous Seiko about $500 about 15 years ago. It is the only watch I need.

I don't drive so I walk everywhere. And I take extra walks in addition to going the the store, pharmacy, etc. I eat what I want when hungry and stop when I'm satisfied. I have been slim all of my life. I'm almost 70.

Nobody remembers my birthday and at Christmas our family does not exchange gifts. I just buy what I want anytime of the year (within budget).

I'm almost seventy and do enjoy the Singing group at my Seniors Centre. The Art Drop In is pretty good too, as you bring your own project and work on it while chatting with others - painting, drawing, etc. However, the crafts group (knitting and crochet mostly) - very boring, well, to me anyways.
