Doing gym activities(cardio, weights etc) is very important, particularly if you are committed to losing weight. Note: don't think you can pig-out and then burn it off at the gym...it doesn't work that way, especially those over age 17. But whether losing weight or maintaining weight...

I see on TV commercials blurbs to hastag (#) this or that. What are they talking about? I personally don't want to "#" anything at all, but am curious what that's all about.
