I can't help but go back on WW when I took a couple of comments offhand. Not bad comments, just pointing to me the fact, I need to take a serious look in the mirror. Ok, and the scales say it also. So, I had let myself go and time to get back on track. I like WW and it does take the pounds off and this is the type of season where I can go for walks and get some more pounds off.
