2023 - How's the Weather Where You Are?

Its been in the 70°s for several days and basically great weather like that on the horizon now until mid Feb when another "blue norther: cold bomb is supposed to hit us. Nutty cold weather then (probably) for sure.
 

We had tornado warnings at bedtime last night. A pretty powerful storm came thru for about an hour or two. Never lost power though.

Mother Nature put on a light show last night that made New Year's Eve fireworks pale in comparison.
They lit up the sky and shook the ground ..... my dog had to hide in the closet.

And then It all got quiet again after midnight ... crazy weather!
 

Dang sneaky weather chucked a light freeze on the area. Frosted the windows, but had predicted 39° well windows don't frost up at that temp!! Brrrrrrrrr!!!
 
Finally having a dry spell. I was able to go bring in the garbage can.
It must have rained here non stop yesterday. Lots of flooding happening in some near by towns.

Our hwy 168 is having major mountain slides, closing the roads. Also, flooding in and near Pismo, and other close beach towns.
 
It's rained all day and now it's dark and windy outside. Fortunately we have everything we need so didn't have to go out in the cold. I did my physio this afternoon and then put on a YouTube video and went for a ride on my exercise bike. I don't mind the occasional rainy day but, getting bored of them now. Roll on Spring! :)
