Your new house doesn't have AC, Deb?Yesterday was fine until about 6 pm when several training storms passed through. 0.6 inches in my rain gauge. Sunny and muggy today. I've been trying to keep comfortable by opening the windows at night and putting box fans in them, then closing the windows in the morining. That's only good until about 1 or 2 pm, then it's really warm in the house. Tomorrow it going to be in the 90sF and I have to deliver meals! I am certainly going to be hot and bothered when I'm done, but better than delivering in a blizzard.

It must be torturous with the humidity and high temps right now. I grew up in the greater NY area and remember summers well.
Spoke with my sister in Mississauga yesterday. She mentioned the heat and said the smoke has also been drifting their way. She had central air put in the townhouse several years ago and is grateful to have done so.33C and humid when we were out earlier. I can take high temps if the humidity is low. We are so fortunate
to have a/c in the condo, and car. I think this weather is supposed to last through the week.
