It was gloomy this morning, then it rained a bit. Now the sun is shining and it looks like it's going to be a nice day. The real feel high forecast to be 90 this afternoon.
Forecast today here in the San Jose area was for a high of 92F after yesterday's 87F. But WU on web now shows 100F. Also we are see rather hazy smoky skies from fires 300 miles north at the Oregon border moving CW south.
There was a definite autumnal nip in the air this morning. Thermostat read 65F, the lowest I've seen it in months. According to a weather site, it got down to 51F (11C) during the night. Foggy start, but it's burning off quickly and looks to be a sunny day. Mini hear wave due the middle of next week.
48ºF this morning. Suppose to reach the mid 70's this afternoon. Tonight, they say it could dip down to 39ºF. Full moon always brings cooler night temperatures.
The weather here near the coast has been unusual nearly all year. Usually at this time of year we get heat, dry heat. This year at this time we've gotten warm (mid 80's F) but, with lots of humidity. Then today's morning it is overcast which is unusual to our typically dry heat wave we get this time of year.
