10 degrees here in southern tier NY but it is supposed to get up to the 40s today.
There is still snow on the ground but it looks like the whole week will change and get warmer. It is nice to see BLUE skies out there today and SUNLIGHT! I am headed for the village to get car gas ,mail something, and then go to the Dollar store.

There is no wind so I dont mind the lower temps. But I keep plenty of dry gloves in my car. Sunday the snow I had on my car was so wet, I changed gloves three times, cleaning it, and then we got a sudden burst of fast moving squall snow, and my hat and coat got Very wet.

72 degrees today, sunny and pleasant. The trees are budding and I heard a spring bird song, a robin, the first since summer. Not our usual February weather. Will probably have several more snows before winter ends.

82 degrees today in Dallas. We had 3 freezing days in January and we have already moved into Spring. We are expected to be at 88 degrees (2 degrees shy of our record) on Sunday. It is late February and our jasmine is starting to bloom. Crazy. I'm enjoying it while I can but I'm sure this means another oppressively hot summer ahead.

34 degrees here ,and cloudy, but predicted up to 53 degrees and sunny this afternoon!
Southern tier NY

I know people who are seeing their garlic plants and crocuses popping up!

I have bird seed out but will have to stop feeding the birds soon, because I think the bears will show up earlier this year.

There are other feeders arounds here but the owners have set them up higher than I can, out of the reach of the bears.
Bears LOVE sunflower seeds.

-2 and sunny. I hope we don’t attract bears. We have bird feerders but I started throwing food on the ground for the starlings , pigeons, doves, blue jays, grackles, crows.
We’re probably attracting mice. Im going to ease back on the feeders.

The day started with glorious sunshine. That lasted until around midday. Then the rain started. Then the rain stopped, and it became hail stones.

So basically - yuck. 44F though, so not too cold.
