It's after 7:00 PM now. We finally got an hour and a half of light freezing rain, and it's supposed to clear after that. No power outages in my area that I know of, but I've still got my fingers crossed.Storm warnings are still up, but no freezing rain yet, even though it's been predicted for every hour today, and no snow since the inch that fell last night, and it's now 2:00 PM. I've been checking current active weather radar and there was heavy stuff happening all around me all day. And now a big patch of clear heading in my direction. But like they say, "It ain't over til it's over." I hope posting this hasn't jinxed anything.
We had lots of rain and many hours of freezing temperatures but fortunately rarely at the same time. We are very lucky. I am still exhausted from worrying about a power failure and running around trying to prepare.
