Think about everyone I really liked is dead. Reminds me of a friend's grand daughter - she was looking at pictures on grandma's fridge and ask who they were and grandma said "entertainers I knew in my life. Grand daughter said "grandma' do you know any famous people that are alive?
 
I can think of bunches of singers of old. Many have died but some continue to perform/sing at old age. If you are interested this website has the top 100 singers from the 50's and 60's...etc. That is just the top 100!!! :)
