I guess she could have just not known which one was the father. And from that remark that Ronan made, it sounds like her "romance" with Sinatra was an ongoing thing over many years. (Of course, that was not meant to be taken seriously; he could not have been the father of most of them, as most of them were adopted, let alone being Asian.)
But I wonder what the legalities are, if Ronan turned into the spitting image of Sinatra, and Woody suddenly realized that "his" kid was not really his after all. With DNA testing now, it would probably be easy to prove who is the biological father. But then what? Divorce is out, since they aren't married in the first place. Maybe he could sue for child support? But given all the muck being thrown around, would he want to? And who could he sue? Sinatra is dead. And since Woody raised him as his son, he probably could be considered the "real" father, in every sense that matters.
Ronan doesn't seem to care, at least not in public.
