Antenna TV

So monthly ..... your cost is $27.00 p/month. Then a one time $40.00 purchase of the antennas ?

Sure beats what I am spending ..... I will look into availability here in my area.
Yes, that's correct. Lotsa streaming services from Roku and FireTV too.
I forgot to mention, my internet is $10 monthly...may be due to my low income. And low use of gigabytes?

I have not had cable tv since the early 1990s mainly because I'd rather live my life actively doing things than watching others live theirs. All these famous shows Americans have been watching for decades I know little about, as well as their celebrities. A few times during winter while skiing and lodging or when visiting others, I'll surf through what is out there. Am not saying such isn't entertaining but rather are distractions just like reading a newspaper every day. Also never play any video games, indeed fun and addicting, but IMO, another way to waste one's time.

Living in a large urban area, SFBA, there are plenty OTA, over the air, channels. On average I receive about 100 though most are never of any interest. The area's ethnic communities run many channels. In recent years I also watch little, many days the set is never turned on. When I do watch something, it is usually sports, nature, science, or news. Also never any streaming services. The above noted, I am on my computer a great deal or read science and technology books.

The below is a listing of our region's OTA channels.

Antenna don't work anymore I think .... Need to install your own satellite dish .... Don't know if it can be done these days but I did this back in 2009 and got free channels

Ive had antenna TV for a very long time now. Very boring and repetitive. I watch maybe an hour in evenings, reruns and a movie I don't like and turn off. I tried cable and like the others it is not worth the money to me. Not at all.
Actually, I dont even like television, news included.
