Two of the biggest issues I’ve encountered when dealing with zoom meetings … failing to turn on either audio or video, or making sure they’re un-muted. If you can’t see/hear the host, or other participants, or they can’t see/hear you, start by finding those settings first and toggling the on/off.

Yeah, what they said. ♥It's possible that I won't make it tomorrow but I hope that whomever does has a fun time. If the first one is a success and i see no reason that it won't be, I hope that there will be others in the future. It's unlikely that a day and time will ever be ideal for everyone who'd like to be involved but by that same token, there's no reason why another or a few others of us members couldn't organize another meeting at a different time. It's not a hard thing to do and there's more of a connection, for me, when I hear an actual voice or see who it is hiding behind that avatar. Here's to friendship and to camaraderie!
Forgot to mention: I have a friend who runs a few ZOOM meetings, has a paid account and has offerred to let me use it if we decide we'd like longer meeting times in future.
