My favorite philosophical author, Iain McGilchrist, lives in a house like this one on the Isle of Skye, near Talisker Bay. He has a nice bit of garden with his too but I don't know if this one I found on the internet is of his or not.

these houses are indiginous throughout the uk... we have them here where I live in the south of England, they're very common in the Islands where they have an acre or 2 of land... but all these types of houses have gardens wherever they're situated in the UKMy favorite philosophical author, Iain McGilchrist, lives in a house like this one on the Isle of Skye, near Talisker Bay.
